One of these on one of those and Bob's yer uncle. With that combo it might even beat MZ's ride in the 'cool bike' department.

met DirigoRider today in gray at a gas station, turned in only because of his crash guards, figured if he was smart enough for crash guards, he was smart enough to be an inmate ;)

cold day of riding, but cant complain because it isn't snowing just yet!

Beautiful afternoon to get wet and muddy.

I stayed off it. Can't promise anything after today.

Love this track. The beware of dog sign is no joke. Wasn't really ready for him but
'off the grid bub' at least warned me.

If only I had someone with me willing to help get a 500 lb bike turned around on the ledge up there... I was in the mood.

Guy up the road was rumored to have gone on Letterman years ago as his claim to fame was not playing the clock resetting game.

You could be famous, Rich!

I mean more than you are now, of course.

FWIW, I rode some pretty snug trails on my SE, and am just under 6'...if you can get on the bike, you can ride it. The throttle can be used as a substitute for dabbing a foot and once the wheels are spinning you are basically on a 100hp centrifuge.

See below......This guy was an amazing person. I did a couple of climbing, bike, motorbike, snowboard trips out west and to Utah with him and he was a kind, steady, full of humor, and a caring family man. I have lost a friend, our community has lost a very special person, and the world has lost a very good man.

Jeff was known as mister safety and only took calculated risks and was someone I admired for his professionalism and unfailingly positive attitude His list of adventures was extensive and covered the world from climbs in Pakistan, to sailing the high seas. He wore full gear on his bicycle, was the safety check guy while climbing, and always the sweep man on hikes or back country ski/snowboard runs. He was wearing a complete safety gear outfit while out cutting trees behind his house on Sunday..........the tree fell the wrong way and killed him instantly.

I tell you these details with the hope that you all will take care out there.......take nothing for granted.

Take a few minutes today to stop, look around you, breathe deeply, and take it all in cause you just never know.

MC

Cry

Thoughts and prayers to you, his family and other friends.

I frequently forget to stop and appreciate all the good things in my life. Too bad that it takes a loss like this to remind me...
