decided to bore out the old red S....if this rebore lasts as long as the first I will be well into my 90s and one of you FFs should probably take the keys away....

found a nice little machine shop in Pa with good airhead experience....in other words knows what they are looking at.....

as I was discussing my options for new pistons/reboreing I realized the choices up over $1000 were probably going to out last me so I decided to go with the basics...the machinist will inspect the cylinders doing a "light bore" to see how it begins to clean up and then we will decide which pistons to use and then bore to match the piston to be used...$130 for both cylinders...pistons..about $250 ea....

Rebuilding the rear shock on my KLR, looking for someone that can put a 150psi of dry nitrogen in for me. Who was it you used T??

The tire place in the Topsham Fairground Plaza had nitrogen at one point. They tried selling me on it during my last tire change. Not sure what they would charge.
