You've been successful.

Welp, I liked it so much I made another version this morning while I was waking up. I doubt Kaw4now will put this on his pannier, but that's ok.

Small edit. Now I got to get back to work.

CLASSIC!

I have next to no stickerage on my bikes (placed there by me I mean). I might put THAT one on.

Love it!

Program interruption for an advertisement:

I will be selling my 2007 XT225 soon if you know anyone interested. Great starter bike or little bike of the short legged (like me).
1000 miles, lots of stuff added (and all stock parts included as well).
Still figuring out the price and will post it on ADV soon.

Now back the program.

Maine Cycle -- The Warehouse closed

I suspect that most of you knew about "Maine Cycle -- The Warehouse" in Auburn and the current story. Others might not.

The building was a shoe factory then cardboard mill. Recently it has had 3 floors of old motorcycles and motorcycle parts. Well organized and available for browsing. There was a rumor about a fourth floor with special bikes of some sort.

A neighbor and I used to ride there a couple of times a year. Sometimes we even needed specific parts. We always checked online for what days they're open that season, but last fall it said "closed temporarily" and now "closed until further notice".

I rode out there today and talked to the owner at the regular Maine Cycle location. Seems the city of Auburn suddenly requires sprinklers throughout the whole building.

So The Warehouse is closed unless he can find another location. It's a lot of stock and a very big space.

I'm glad I got to shop there for several years. I hope he is able to re-open, but he didn't sound too optimistic.
