I have a like new bike. I took the canister off the GS, and put a new fuel filter in it. The filter was clogged with charcoal (nasty). I literally popped a wheelie my first time out on the GS after doing this. I could never get the front wheel off the ground before. The new Ohlins don't suck either.

sounds like a little well needed maintenance to me...new shocks are never a bad thing.

I love my DR. I've had more fun on that than I can remember. But, no, haven't ridden it once this year. Probly won't. I'm not actively trying to sell it but if anyone wants it.

Too funny,
I was going to stop at that spot but opted for the landing just up the street, we were an hour or so ahead of you.
Too bad, would have liked to have bumped into you guys there.
Maybe next time.

I know my Wife didn't like crossing the old iron bridge very much, said it felt like it was slipping and sliding ALL around.
I just said to her,
"WOW, maybe I forgot to tighten the nut on your wheel axles".

NICE bike you got there.

Take care.
Ride safe.

My wife used to hate that bridge when she had the stock dunlop's on her Ninja but with her new Perrelli's she says its much better. I think my K60's are the worse tires I have ever crossed that bridge on.

I am sure we will bump into each other eventually..

Thanks for the compliments. I read about tires on forums until my eyes hurt and still dont have a clue what I want to run. I may try the Shinko's out I dunno. The TKC's seem pretty aggressive. Where and what is Whitehorse??

Whitehorse Gear. I've been running Shinko 705 tires on my KLR, and if the worst (best?) your bike will see is gravel roads, they're an excellent tire.
