Thanks for all the BD wishes, folks.

Happy Bday EC.

Ride safe and enjoy the weekend kids, I will be spending Saturday up in Plymouth attending my sons graduation, 4 long years (that went by pretty quick) he will be leaving with a degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology, then we get to haul all his crap back home.....so much for the whole empty nest.

Sunday morning Mrs 2t n I will be heading to Nashville for a few days and then across to Johnson city to finish part II of the "2twisted gets a Guzzi"or two And then I get to ride a bike I have yet to lay eyes on for the rest of the week on a trip home, while mother Jet-sets home to Maine.

I'm feeling a "you suck" moment coming on... just say'n. I leave Friday night for Hudson, WI - should be there by Sunday - to help my brother "finish some projects" around his place before the chemo kicks in.

I will be hauling the DR out "just in case", but I'm betting your riding will be a lot more interesting

Seriously, It sounds like you are in for a fabulous adventure. Outstanding!

anybody know a good propane appliance guy?

I have an Aqua star/Bosch on demand water heater. Got it from HomeDepot years ago but its only been installed for about a year. Most days it works fine, but occasionally - like this morning - it throws one of a couple of error codes and stops working. It's easy to reset, but that means getting out of the shower, going downstairs, pressing the button, and going back upstairs, usually dripping with water the whole time.

Normally I would call the guy who installed it, but he's been back a couple of times and can't seem to solve the problem. I don't know if he really knows what he's doing....

I'm open to suggestions

Short term solution might be to power cycle it. We had a Renai that had a similar problem. Turned out to be a cracked circuit board. If we used the unit long enough, the board would expand from the heat and the pc would "disconnect".Took the factory service team to find that one but Renai replaced (and upgraded) the unit. Cost us nothing. Good luck!

That's kinda the routine now. It has a reset button on the front cover. occasionally its a power off reset but that's rare.

SOMETIMES there s a "growling" sound fan maybe? - before it errors out.

It is probably something that will have to wait until I get back from WI, but thought I might be able to get the ball rolling while I'm traveling.

Maybe point another conventional fan on it when taking showers. Just to keep it cool? If it is a heat issue.

Safe ride Tim.
I think he dusted off that "special" helmet he has in the garage though.
