I think I read its a radial...like I said though I can't find the source again

Not a bad way to spend a beautiful August day in Maine. Oh, and the 525 is pure awesomeness

Yesterday I parked @ Springvale YMCA and slabbed 109 to Acton to visit goodoldad & return via HeboHybo
I passed a few p/u's with plated 2smokes parked at dinner
They passed me...I chatted them up as they unloaded near Acton fairgrounds
'you fellas runnin the hobo road?'
'not today...rippin it upta Brownfield and back...

oh, you did something other than ride a motorcycle?...makes me feel better...
paddled the canoe down the Andro from Newry down to Hanover...couple quickwater places and just a nice little paddle for the wife.
She does not like unsmooth water after landing in the Piscataquis from her kayak couple yrs ago...next time that section needs a flyrod onboard....
I'm amazed how clear and clean the Andro is. No trash in the river or along the banks in that section

Nice!

I've been doing a ton of bicycling this summer. Hauled the bike up to Conway Saturday and peddled up the Kanc. Twenty miles uphill . . . the ride down was sweet!

And for a little moto content . . . Rode about 150 miles on the DR650 Sunday and met a guy at the little store on 110 in Newfield on a street legal WR250X SM setup with a turbo. Said it puts out 50+ hp. To be honest, I'm not really into that kind of stuff, but I'm sure some of you guys would have loved it.

Nice ride!
Yup. It can be an ugly place but for the most part it is fun. There were quite a few atv's out there Sunday.

Went around to the mine and then out the east side of it. Got on a bunch of trails around there. Sure did like that Guinea Ridge.

Washington / Jefferson / Coopers mills, Maine.

The access off the Mountain road is getting weird. Couple blue tarp houses back in there now. Met a guy with a German shepard holding him back on the trail going in. He at least waved to me. His dog wanted to eat me. Next tarp house up a BIG dog was up in the weeds warning me to keep going.

Once past that, it was a lot of fun.

Have a memorable trip!

PS - Zion National Park in the early hours when the sun is hitting it just right is amazing!.
Thanks for the tips EC (and you too Dean, and Tom!). Already started Mapping 'em out and will be thinking about how to drag his sorry Carcass out and around there.

He was kinda feeling sorry for himself last night (as one might when dealing with his 'chit), but I told him that If I had to strap him on the back of my bike he was going. We ended up laughing by the end of the conversation.
