Sounds like the main way is still open:

The Larson Farm Trail is still open and that takes you over to Sebec, Bowerbank, Eelloitsville, Calyard Falls, Shippond Stream & Ottawa Lake/Trussel. This can be access for Brownville Jct. and is only a couple miles out of town on the RR bed.
On a final note please let it be known that we are working hard on laying out new and improved ATV trails and this can not be done with out the continued support of our members new and old. This QUIMBY LAND CLOSURE is not the end of trails in the area it is just beginning of a bigger and better trail system. All it takes is time and lots of PATIENCE. So don't sweat the small stuff and lets build a better trail system with a lot of PATIENCE!!!!!
Seems like the locals have things in hand.

Back to arguing about who's more 'core.

If only it wasn't 90 minutes of pavement to get to ya. My worn front knobby is getting sqirrelly so I plan to stay close until I replace it. Take pics of the new development.

Its good that it is Friday, I'm out the door, get to ride to Fort Kent today for work and thats a good thing. Another take, there was a person years ago how picked up some land near Millinocket, He was a Governer once, my ten year old son nows his name. She may be a witch today...in time we may think of her difrently. People thought Baxter was a nutter...at the time. Thats just my take but i'm a NoOb. Take care be safe.

Great North Woods seems to be a much better way of land sharing than quimby lockdown policy...(putting bikes aside for a moment)

How do you get the ATVMaine sticker? I'm guessing with club membership...

Yep
In Solon.

Right now it looks like this:

But when it's done it'll look similar to this:

Today I got an electrical pole, yippee!

Next week they're setting up to pour the foundation. 22x34, but 8 feet of that is the porch. It was going to be a 6 foot porch but I needed it two feet bigger for the hot tub most hot tubs are around 6.5-7 feet square. Insulated slab, radiant heat.

It'll be small when framed in, probably 21x25, exposed beam ceiling, one bedroom, bath, open kitchen, dining, living room and two lofts.
Just right for someone with no kids.

Located on the snowmobile trail, 10 miles to the ATV trail, 45 minutes to Sugarloaf. Hopefully the shell will be mostly built in a month. Then it has to be finished. Should be looking good for fall bike season and ski season
