Great detective work gtackett. But your picture must have your motorcycle shown in it also. Who's going to be first? I've already got the GPS coordinates and a map--easy to find on the net. I won't get out until Saturday weather permitting. You best get cracking or the next post will be of some landmark from Utah or Nevada or worse.

Yes I know I needed to have my bike in the pic., I was just showing what I found. Note the sign in front of the Church has changed.

Geez,This is just south of me but I ain't hittin' it,the tag needs to go to another part of the state than just 10 miles or so from my house and since I'm not planning to ride anywhere soon I'm leaving it for someone else, lets try to get off of pages 49-50 of the indiana atlas with the next tag.

I swapped Knobbers onto the DR for some trail riding over the winter and I'm not too hot on burning them off on the pavement since they're the super soft compound Cheng shin Metzeler copies, they hookup great on hardpack dirt but their life could be measured in minutes on the pavement.Plus my Bonneville runs like crap when it's below 50 degrees out, need to rejet and verify that the carb heaters do anything at all,so It's staying in the garage too.

Well,I hadn't planned to play tag again until spring,I dropped fifty lbs of weight over the last year and the cold seems to get to me quite a bit now,So I'll stick to dirt over the winter.I do plan to ride the hell outa this old DR come spring,I was looking for a new DR when I bought a new Bonneville,no regrets,I kinda like having a bike I can just drop in the dirt and not give a damn,so an ancient Dual Sport suits me just fine...

Someone could post a tag down at Interlake that would be easier knobby assisted,or at The Badlands, maybe at the old BeerCan Derby sight...

Congrats on the weight loss, I know I could stand to shed about 20 myself.

And I like your idea of an off road area tag. I'm ready for another Interlake trip myself but I know that with deer season in full effect Interlake would not be the ideal place to go right now.

There is a group of riders in Kentucky that are going to ride Stree/Turkeyfoot next weekend if we have some mid 40's temps I think I will join them.

When you say northern, do you mean northern southern, or do you mean northern part of the state?

That looks familiar but I can't place it.

Not to be a dick, but a photo of some gate in the woods, with the only clue being a refrence to an ADVrider is not going to get me to participate in this game. We can do better than this right? I would love to get involved with this, espically during the winter months, it give me a reason to crank the heated gear and do some riding.

Mo better clues please!
