I have seen you cutting through the New Paltz area a couple of times, was wondering who that was. Now that we have a forum, I'll try to stay in the loop...

Concessions are decent, coffee, egg sandwiches, etc. Admission is $12. Practice starts 9ish and even practice is worth watching. These boys flat out haul ass now adays. Even the mini's are getting serious air on the jumps. Even some of the 65cc bikes! Serious. Come find me and buy me a coffee.
So they raced both days or just Sunday? I used to go to the open practices alot at Diamondback and Walden. Raced a few times but I liked the practices better, the races were too short.

It's really nice out, I am kind of pissed that I didn't "seize the day" and ride into work.

Yep, I am definitely kicking myself. It would have been a beautiful ride home to. Hopefully the weather stays nice the rest of the week. Heated gear is definitely on the Christmas list this year.

Kingston and beyond

I ride mostly around Ulster county. Green 08 KLR with hard luggage.

Ive got some plans to add some stuff this winter. I kinda wish there was a Tech Day going on somewhere. I would host one at my house but I dont have enough pavement on my property to accomodate many bikes. Maybe Ill try to throw something together and see who wants to show up. Laters

Squoose-

Been meaning ot give you a call or drop by the shop since that first tag went past- I'm still gonna, just damned if I can find the time! Work and Kid and I'm a guy with different time constraints than I used to have.
Still want to, though, and I've got a ton of room for extra bikes. Maybe if you have some knobbies and a bike to put them on we can find hte time for an hour or two out on the trails behind my house.

My PD needs just a little bit of tender caressing since the charge light came on on the the way home a few nights ago... but I should fix it soon and be back on the cold wet roads ready to go

Have wanted to get out but have not been able to time the nice days right yet... Now they are talking snow for Tuesday night and Wednesday, so I think I am on hold again for a couple of more days.
