Isn't that John Reed (Uncle Bunt)? Used to have a shop in Leicester (Uk) in the late 70's and early 80's. I remember that bike in the shop window.

Yep, it is Uncle Bunt, I remember seeing this bike at the Earls Court Bike Show.

One of his bikes, a Triumph engined affair if I remember correctly, was for sale on e-bay a while back and it went for a quite derisory sum. I am not too sure if the seller realised what it was, probably too young. I was kicking myself for not begging/borrowing the money to buy it.
