When I was in high school, one of the girls-a rather spectacularly endowed one-asked why choppers were built the way they are. I had her sit on a desk while I backed my chair up to it and leaned back...

The bike was built by Louis Soto in California. He turns old small displacement UJM's into fun little low-budget chops. I don't recall all the particulars, but he sold the bike to a customer, and eventually saw it pop up in Playboy in 2010. More pictures here. VERY NSFW
