That's actually an F-head. Overhead valve intake, side exhaust. It looks Brit to me, has a Pilgrim type oil pump.

Yes, post-'72 SS350 is my guess. '72 and before did not have the frame downtubes. That cute little engine just hung in the breeze.

Okay, Looks like a interwar IOE military (right hand shift.) The magneto looks bosch, but the carburettor looks to be an Amal with a satellite float bowl. 1930 Triumph T500

Judge not, dude. If she's riding, she's fine by me.

+1

God bless her even if she only rides a hardtail ironhead five miles.

I'd say she'e quite fine...pushing cute. Just has her affectations a bit scrambled.

I did give her points for the rusty sissy bar, makeshift rack and big ones for the solo seat. And if she's packing a drybag I'm guessing the thing is main transportation. She clipped the bag around the sissy bar, no newbie there. She rides it a lot. No helmet in sight but I guess that's part of the trip---being stupid. Putting on the bungies before putting on your glasses is just unwise. Bit of a fine point. Bald rear tire and cheap sunglasses says she's poor. But she's keeping the thing cleaned up, disks make a mess on the wheels. It's her baby.
