Pegs, mufflers, shocks are all uneven. I think the photo was taken from slightly off center, causing the illusion.

Hopefully we will get back on track of girls on bikes and not worrying about what's straight or not on a bike.

Dollars to donuts that's Audrey Hepburn, circa "Breakfast..." or maybe just before in the late 50's. She was shooting in Europe and lived there then.
