Look at the decline of African American participation in Baseball compared to the 70's and 80's. For I'm sure a myriad of reasons the diamond sports aren't as popular with African Americans.

I don't think admission offices have anything to do with that.
Alabama has almost a dozen public and private black colleges
that probably come close to accounting for that 13% discrepancy.
