Wow LD that sounds good. We add the sauce when we heat it but I like the idea of having it in already, I will try that.

GC ... NO just cann the deer meat in water ... As normally

Then when you are ready to eat some BBQ deer meat .
Cook it up in the HM BBQ sauce...

I don't think you can cann the Deer in with the sauce ..

Ok that is the way I do it now. I thought you put the sauce in the can making it pour and heat,which would be great for camping.

Yes it would ..
But you can mix it that way at home, then just put it in something for travel... After all ya really don't want to tae blass o a trip

At the price of canning jars now they are like gold ...

Thanks to 6 for the heads up on the Kelty tarp sale. Here is a site you may be able to use with it. You can customize your own tent pole set up or replace a bad section of your own poles, shock cord and ends. I found this over the summer when one of my tent pole sections broke. Sorry if this is old news to you hard core campers

Slip- I bought my $250 REI tent a few years ago for like $60 at an attic sale cuz 1 section of a pole was broken, used that site and got a new one for $12, good resource.
