Like I said, its a great bike, just not for me.
Sorry if you felt slighted by that wording; however, at my age a month is but a few days. If you wouldn't mind, could you describe some characteristics that led you to that conclusion?

My RR (wait, is it a RR if I have no pics?): Got on the bike for a short ride. Didn't know where I was going, just needed to get out there. Went up to Reddish Knob, then decided to run down Moyers' Gap, Sugar Grove to Big Stony, found camp Coyote, then checked out the road to 61. Decided to go south to 95, then 85 back to Reddish again. 88 miles and three hours later, I'm home. It was hazy today but still beautiful. A bit cool, though, reminiscent of October. There were even some leaves changing.

Say it isn't so!! That's too much. Heck it was too much when they started right after Thanksgiving. Makes me cringe and want to stay away from those stores.

who else is going?

Here are a fer photos from past sherando lake rallys held by the richmond bmw riders:

based at sherando lake at the beginning of the brp, sherando is a laid back and interesting rally, with no pesky vendors, but good food, good riding and people having fun at night. I am always at the top left corner of the loop, and we are the loud section (sometimes a bit too loud too late), but we always have a great time.

Come join us!

Jim

ps i'm donating these as door prizes:

If the "official" gets quashed, let me know. This weekend will be my last chance to ride for a couple of months and I'd like to do something.

You must have over looked the "" on the end. Damn, how old are you?
Conclusion...just a bunch of little things that add up. "Its not the bike its me".

I did ride it 160 miles today.

I hear you. I rode to work and took the long way home. Yup. Added an extra half mile to my ride.
