Over Labor Day finally went to my co-workers place, freaking PRIMO 30+ acres right in the heart of Spruce Knob area, partially land locked by USFS, have to go through FS gate to get to it, its on the left just past the road to the Knob, views to the east are freaking incredible, I was so jealous.

I was in Ruckersville on Sunday afternoon to watch the motocross race, I'd never been before and thought it might be fun. My nephew, Caleb Craft- 13 yrs old and the youngest rider in the event, and his father both race KTM 300. Caleb competes in the 16-18 yr old bracket and he won his division.

Here's a few photos:

300+ riders from all age groups, 13 years of age to 60+:

They had to ride through this before heading into the woods. Unfortunately, this is the only part we could see and no one seemed very happy about it.

Overall course was 7 miles and they ran 7 laps:

On the way home I saw this crop, anybody know what it is?
