Yep. I asked the guy would the boss take a bike in on trade and he said, "Sure! He's taken livestock on trade before."

Actually they were nice folks.

Was going to suggest somebody check their price on it...probably not a good idea...

So far so good with regards to the oil, it has not gotten into the loop current which would bring it our way. However, that can change at any moment, especially now that we've entered huricane season!

And yes, that is a big boat! About 115' long, bunks for 36 customers, 3 heads, 2 showers, full galley, state room with 2 beds for 4 mates (they rotate in shifts of 2), 2nd state room with 2 beds for 2 captains, & a seperate bunk for the cook down in the galley! The thing is powered by two massive Catepillar engines.

A big Congratulations to your dad, Mike!
Now he'll have more time to share with you, including riding.

Thus we had lots of material to work with/make fun of. All the people I rode with actually had a head on their shoulders, most did track days, ATGATT.

But yes, the unfortunate downside of riding a sportbike are the stereotypes people place on them/us/me. The idiot:non-idiot ratio is high.
