The throttle revision was a 2008 thing... My 2007 throttle is stock, after a couple weeks my wrist got stronger.

Its a touchy throttle, the ST1300 is touchy too. With a throttle rocker I don't feel the need to change anything on my FJR1300. You can be smooth with the stock throttle with practice.

Just ordered me a fancy shmancy Ohlins shock for the back.

Should be sporting a yellow spring by the end of the week.

This is the thread that will answer a lot of your questions.

Added an ohlins rear shock and fz1 mirrors this weekend, making a great bike mo' better.

If you are more than 12 inches wide I highly recommend the mirror switch. Less than $100 for oem '05 FZ1 mirrors. now I can actually see behind me.

The C-14 thread is pretty busy, I would have thought there would be more traffic here.

Dunno about the C14 gang, but I've been out riding instead of posting...

Went out today in the low-30's weather for a couple of hours and snapped these pics:

It's a "Tank Bra" from Mag-Knight. It works great plus it just peels off for occasional cleaning underneath. Mine is the "carbon fiber" design.

Here is their link. http://www.mag-knight.com/Tank%20Bra.htm
