Lowered seat for KLX250?
Hey guys,
Wondering if you guys know of anyone (other than Corbin) that is making a lowered seat for the KLX? The folks at Seat Concepts only make a wider seat for the bike. Guess I could use links to bring the bike down a bit? FWIW, I'm a stocky, 5'9" old fart. Thanks... Nate |

I have a Sargant on mine. Wider than stock and an inch lower. Pretty hard but I like it that way.

[QUOTE=Raptorman;20058831]It's 100% better for longer riding sessions. I rode 4 hours yesterday, no discomfort whatsoever.

Seat Concepts Lowered Seat
Quote:
Seat Concepts can and have made lowered seats for the KLX250S. I know because I have one. Go to the vendors section and look at the Seat Concepts thread. They can do just about anything you want. I really like mine. I'm 5'5" and it made a huge difference. I don't need the lowering links for now.http://www.advrider.com/forums/showp...&postcount=885 New seat with old foam comparison photos. The new seat is also wider in the rear and narrow in the front for standing clearance. ![]() Scrambleon Scrambleon screwed with this post 11-18-2012 at 11:12 AM Reason: added pic |
