Ever since that ride, I've wanted to get an XR650.......and a Ural...and 990 Adventure.

I was drooling over a blue 990 at Island Motorcycle Parts in Smithtown. One day, when I'm independently wealthy.

the next time somone insinuates that i would post a picture of an illeagal activity they should come and ride with me on any sunday , thats if they do not mind getting mud on their dual sport bike .

I wasnt insinuating that you would post or do anything illegal, just giving an explanation to the rule you mentioned. I'm not bashing or trying to blame anyone for anything, I was just giving general info.

I love getting my dual sport bike dirty, it's why I bought it. In fact, I just bought another one on E-bay a couple of hours ago. I'll try to join you one day for a Sunday ride, just try not to roost too much mud on me, my Capezio's might get ruined

Nice tag, btw, I wish I knew where it was.

Bluhduh

I went to the tag site tonight. It was there that I learned 2 important things.

1) Get real riding gear. A Carhartt and jeans will not stop wind. BRRRRR...

2) Make sure the batteries in your camera are charged.

My ride as told by smilies:

I work on Saturdays, but off Sundays. I'll keep an eye out, I like to ride places I've never been to.

Hehe, yeah *cough*. But the only remedy for this cough is to go to sunny Florida for some vitamin C. And pick up my new to me KLX250 while I'm at it. So I'll be getting a severe cough by next week.

BTW, if you've got some PVC raingear (maybe $20 at Walmart) throw it over those Carhartts to block the wind. It's not heated gear but it's better than nothing.

And dont forget to charge your camera battery!
