Sambor, there are internet services for professional calendar makers such as yourself - well, if you aren't at least you make really nice calendars - anyways, something like RedBubble might work for you, and then folks could purchase your calendar already printed and bound. I think you get royalties too.

I got this info from Dgrin, Smugmug's digital photography discussion forum, where I was looking for a place to do our family calendar.
