They've been making them for decades, maybe longer, had one over twenty five years ago. It was an RWS as well.

What I didn't know is now they even make air rifles in .45 calibre that shoot a 230 gr pellet at about 980 fps.

They make 5mm, 6.5mm and I think a 9mm too.
Air rifles have really stepped up, some of the nicest wood I've ever seen on a gun was actually on an air rifle.

Jeebus, they make a .50 too!!!

I thought he was making a coherent logical observation about something that we all should think about ...

ie: range safety never stops.

That's the way I was brought up.
what year is the LandCruiser in the background...?

well, it's a split gate, so that means 74 or older. I had a 74 for a number for years, but I'm guessing that's a 72.

What will 20 rounds of .375 H&H run me in the States? Just about $50 up here in the Great White North. That's Federal soft point in 270 or 300 grain.

Looking through the Midway Website I could find these options. Not much that is cheaper than what you are paying, My local shop is generally competitive with their prices, can't always match their inventory but I can usually wait.

I scrolled through 5 pages trying to pick out .375, might have missed or duplicated some.

Did Ruger not make a mini-14 in 9mm? That'd be a cheap to feed fun gun.
