My first "big" bike was a 500 triple... They are purdy bikes in my opinion. Unfortunately, they require a TON of tuning to get to run right, at least if you start putting chambers on them like my dad did...

Looked at an '08 today. 17k miles, scuff on the left plastic from a getoff, but otherwise clean. $4k. I told him I thought it was $2-300 high. He's considering.
