dang, had to go all the way to the second page to find the thread

hope to finally get to riding my KLR soon, after finally taking care of this little issue:

I installed the 685 kit last week but the cometic base gasket of course developed a leak, so I had to take it all apart again to install a stock base gasket. hopefully I'll be up and running this weekend

I know I would like it. The only weekend that I can do this is the rally weekend. Bad timing.

On the bright side, I bet Tom has some warm weather overnight runs that he might share.

I got passed today on I-17, northbound, by 4 Africa Twins heavily loaded down. License plates said Sao Paulo. Anybody know anything about this group?

Nope

As one of the few Africa Twin owners around I watch the threads and boards and have not heard of these guys traveling around. Great rides though..

Bad fire in Prescott!

Ohhhh Noooo,
Just saw on the web there is a bad fire on Whiskey Row in Prescott tonight. They said the Bird Cage Saloon and 2 other nearby businesses seemed to be affected. Bad news.

That sucks. Unfortunately, that's not the first fire along Whiskey Row and it probably won't be the last.

Something to think about next time any of you ride the section from Sheep's Crossing down to Horseshoe...
