Aargh, I can't believe it's a re-tag. Well, actually I can, because I haven't read this thread other than the first page and the past few months (there's no list, right?). My bad.
What to do? It will be hard for me go back there anytime soon, two weeks of work travel coming up. |

We grabbed Jim's Duck off of Church Hill
Then turned north to Otisville (NY) A slice of Pizza, then south with the duck to Jersey where the "Water is Still" Where we turned right with the duck, on the "Possum Hill" Here the chart will fool you, showing the 2 "Partridge"s fly apart, It's a lie so follow it, all the way to the Ducks heart In reality we rode in from south to north for the duck drop part, so the bikes are pointed north, you will enter from the north and ride the Partridge rd on a southerly heading as my clue leads you. The opposite that we did. Much more fun that way. The road goes all the way through. If you get to the pine blown down across the road you went about 50 yards too far. You can ride up and around the blow down to the right coming in that way. Bruce and I rode right around it no issues coming in from the south end. You can also opt to turn around and ride the road out again. As I said, the road is a complete road even though the chart shows it broken with a wide blank in the middle. There are a few water puddles, they are not deep but slippery if on pure street skins. I hope this wasnt done already, but Im not sifting through the thread to find out! ![]() Remember we are riding north, you should be riding the opposite direction. Bruce dismounts to place the duck in its new spot ![]() Look for this old small foundation on your left riding south ![]() ![]() ![]() The duck is hanging over the small stairwell waiting to be rescued ![]() Don't let him meet the same fate as the creature below him! ![]() The Blow down. Again bruce and I zipped right around it. Go to the right riding south (looking in this direction). ![]() The bikes in fron of the duck drop ![]() ![]() ![]() Your looking for this on the left. Just before the blowdown. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And the way in, from bottom pic to top. Its a nice little ride. Enjoy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
