Nice tag and get Jim!

Now, can you help the old man and tell me where the last two tags were located? I've been busy working, (well riding today!) and I didn't figure out either.

Last one was Lord Stirling Road, Basking Ridge. The Great Swamp is getting pretty soft and swampy.
The previous one was, I think, Tree Top Road, Whitehouse Station.
The next one is coming up soon, it's even closer to home.

New tag

The first three pictures were taken on the way out. Find this road:

You well pass this:

and this:

on the way in.

At the end of the road, the duck is in a split at the bottom of the tree behind the bike, and secured with a rock:

All hail the Mighty Passaic!

Second that!
The dirt portion of Lord Stirling Road becomes part of the Passaic river when the river is at flood stage, that is why it would never get paved, and it is a cool sight when that happens.

A dirt tag in the dark, very cool.

The road may have connected to Old Stirling Road to the South in the distant past,
coming out on to Mountain Ave. in Warren where you can still see the end.
It's very quiet there during the day, here are pics from behind the tree looking
North, South, East and West:

Bill, did you find Walter's/Jim's duck and replace it with the "enduro duck"? Or didn't you find the duck in the dark?

Here's the "get" if you confirm:

Here we go again. Enduro duck was in the same spot as yours & covered by the same rock. Someone beat me to the tag & left the Enduro duck.

No problem. If the "switcher" doesn't claim the tag by tomorrow noon, I will post a new tag with the enduro duck.

The New Tag!!!

Well, we gave the "switcher" enough time to claim Jim's tag, so looks like the tag moves on. Guess the switcher was in a car/pick-up truck instead of on a bike. Maybe the Cycle shop will have surveillance video of the culprit!

Anyway, Here's the New Tag:

Start at this sign, then go to the end of the dirt road to a bridge and a beware of dog sign....

The little bridge and tree with the "beware of dog" sign is just past this little shack/shed. Bikes haven't moved.

The black duck is Walter's replacement mascot for the game, and it's at the end of the metal rail, just under the "beware of dog" sign.

The duck:

Covered in leaves:

And credit where credit is due! This was Walter's road that he was generous enough to share with us!
