WOW! That Kawa Green is something else. It would probably get me in trouble with the Highway Patrol.

Nice! I'd prefer a ducati red version myself.

I like the light smoke windscreen.

I think that's actually the dark smoke version. The shop lights and atrocious green paint make it appear lighter.

I think Jay did go with the dark smoke if I recall.

In spite of the badazz green paint, I still prefer '10 Neptune Blue. Like the rest of the choices for the Connie, it is subtle. I might be imagining this but the big blue bike doesn't attract a lot of highway attention. The whole package blends in.

For example, when I ride the WR250 around town people look at it. I had a city police officer notice me as well, even following and running my plate. When he finally pulled alongside at a light I chatted him up and he was surprised that I was "legal". Super nice guy, doing his job, and we laughed before the light changed...I guess he was expecting a young kid on a stolen dirt bike.

Now, that doesn't really mean anything, but I imagine myself as an uneventful part of the scenery NOT riding around like Tom Sykes

This was the problem with my old VFR. I was always imagining myself in competition with the other drivers and that rocket red paint just egged me on. Yep, the highway patrol noticed that bike A LOT. Good times!

Coming from a bright Candy Persimmon Red 2000 C10, that no one took a second look at, to the Candy Arabian Red C14 I just bough, I can't stop at a red light without some dude rolling the window down and telling me "Nice bike!"

I'm not used to this much attention: there's a reason for my screen name!

That being said, I do think that this is the prettiest motorcycle colour I've seen. Something about how it sparkles in just the right light really does it for me...

WOW! I haven't seen arabian red live but it does look good, really good, and not at all subtle. I can see why it is attracting attention. You guys might need the Muzzy Cloaking Device.

I too hate it when my thoughts are of one detail, and the fingers type something else!

OK then, I haven't seen the Diamond Red, but you guys with silver have a nice subtle hue too.

If I were a man of $$$ I'd try out a set of flat black plastics just to give a raw edge. My brother already claims it looks like a Corellian rocket ship (and I've still got a torpedo tube attached to the side!) and flat black might just add to the effect. I could get the missus to dress like Princess Leia.

Every time I look at a Connie, I like it, color isn't even an issue for me with this bike. My biggest problem is time to ride!!! Engage the hyperdrive Leia.
