I just rolled in from Canada. Even if I could make it down there in time I picked up a nasty head cold and wouldn't be much fun.

Yep, Seen it live. Right after we got home Sunday night. One of the bikers went around the corner in front of our house in the oncoming lane . Lots of yelling, Screaming and questionable riding antics. It was pretty obvious the car wasn't interested in stopping to chat. Dude in the car is lucky they didn't shoot him. Traffic was a non issue all the way from Brookings to Florence . From Florence to here it was just stupid.

Hmmm, stayin' home this weekend (although Rideabout might be comin' over - that could work), maybe could ride the White Elephant over to Harbick's and meet ya halfway next weekend (weather permitting), racing my Hodaka's at Crooked River Ranch the next weekend (5/5-6 - that could work if ya'll come watch the old bikes), goin' ridin' with V-Duck and friends a couple weeks later (that could work if you come along and we all drink your beer), etc...

Or - PM me yer address and I'll drop it in the mail. You can just owe me beers .

She says Thanks. The singing was awesome, it was really loud at Papa's Soul Food and she was having a hard time hearing the phone. We missed everybody tonight also. By the time dinner was over Jeopardy was on and we knew you guys had already deAssed the area.

It was a tranquil ride east on 38 and north on Territorial Hwy. Not a stuck throttled Toyota in sight.
