Hmmm, indeed ^^^
Seems to me you could fly down to SF Monday,
The rain's gonna stop Tuesday, two days to ride to Hood River...
You'd be here by Thursday. Perfect

We'll have a tent and old fashioned Coleman bag waitin' for yas. All you need to bring is a change of unnerwear...and some Pendleton. We'll have the lemon

And just WHAT is wrong with rain camping? I've been over here in La Pine camping in a tent and riding the Klr in rain and hail since the Friday before last! I LOVE this pumice sand over here WAY better'n the gravel road stuff on the West side!
(Hope I can ride back over the pass on Monday!)

Yeah, I know I would never use rain as an excuse for not camping.

Hey!

aren't you spozed to be working?
they didn't send you over there so you could play on the internet!
get back to work!

I, on the other hand, have to ride my shop bike for materials and supplies,,could take a couple hours,,,,all in the line of work,,somebody has to do it!

BACK ON THE MENU for tonight!
MEATLOAF!
and some Smoked salmon whatever she said,,with something else. I'm sure it's quite good.

But,,MEATLOAF!,,
If I make it tonite,,,lots to do before I can goof off tomorrow.

That burger thing with egg & gravy & taters last week looked/tasted a lot like meatloaf. Maybe I'll swing by after ball (if it's not pouring-ass rain) and check it out.

Back from four days in Red Bluff, NorCal. Great time, rode 120 to 200 miles each day...

IN THE SUN

That is a great place for dual-sport, lots of tiny ranch roads with no one around. Or, NatFor roads with no one around. Or, you can ride twisty two lane, like the Roller Coaster (hwy 36) with very little traffic. Decent food, expensive gas, good camp spot at the Red Bluff Lake and Diversion Dam Campground.

Got kicked out of the camp ground after two days. Thanks to our non-government. Then moved to a 'Good Sam' RV Park. Wow, there were some old people there, it was like zombie appoc.

Sounds like a good time. I went the opposite direction and got rained on like there was no tomorrow in Washington.
