Bummer about the dinner special. Hard to screw up pulled pork

I didn't get out of the club early enough to figure any of you ff's would still be hanging around long enough to finish a beer or three.

About due for a friday afternoon safety meeting at a certain machine shop in Springfield

faced with the choice of "pulled pork" for the third time this week or Chicken Adobo. I went with the Chicken and it was excellent. The cooked cabbage was really tasty also. I tasted the pork which was pretty good but I wouldn't want a whole plate of it.

You are welcome to sit in the chairs out front,,,coyotes howl and sing in the far distance,, i don't dance,,dis dance or any other,,jackrobinsonrubsmewrong,,a selection of ates,,,amalga,,elimin, procrastin, and subjug,,just stay the fuck away from me, now,, and into the future.

Quacker's grub was not bad, but, just like me in skool,,"not up to its possible potential aspects of supremacy","had the ball, and a clear field,,tripped and dropped it!,,,not ever going there again,,not into exploring the cultural raw snail or whale booger recipes either, so save yer breath,,how can you fuck up plain pork and plain rice in America?

By making it too plain!,,

Have to agree, after my 3rd or 4th bite I started to fantasize about a yummy sauce I'd make to accompany the tasty pulled pork and plain rice. Terriaki Sweet Chili, Citrus BBQ, Jalapeno Pineapple Chutney......

...and the MAC salad was just odd. Oh well, excellent eats most of the time.

Well I like white rice with a spritz of butter and a sprinkle of sallt and pepper. No elaborate toppings needed.

I just got back from up Bohemia way, going by the milage marker at the bottom I got 1 mile away from the mine. Looked like I was probably about 250yds from the saddle.

well, besides almost being a hood ornament for an old feller and his dog in a side by side, the ride to Oakridge via Windberry, and lunch at brewers union was a success.

fantastic weekend

In the last two days, I rode 80 miles of single track in the mountains and 2-up to the coast with my wife for dinner. Life is good.

So, you're saying I should have read the whole thing before posting? That is a lot of work.

Yeah, Two Smith Rivers.

How many Wolf Creek's?

How many Lost Lakes?

How many Coyote Creeks, Muddy Creeks, Panther Creeks?

25 years in OR and I'm so confused....
