The First 25-miles...

Thanks all.

The final six clips from the beginning - Leaving Ensenada - until the memory card was full are uploaded in Post #10.

That's it. I wish for a lot of things, like more memory cards and batteries, better understanding of the cameras capabilities and limitations, and a remote on/off switch to save wasted space. But given what I got, it's a lot better than nothing.

I can only think of why the best two parts are missing (the ocean and the race) even though I recorded them, and I can't imagine why I didn't record the San Felipe whoops. Maybe it was too much beer

I'll have to go back someday, I love my helmet cam, it did well, and survived some serious abuse along the way.

That's it for me. Now I have a DVD movie to make of the best parts and some not yet shown video.

I just went through this awesome report again! It brings me right back to one of the best times I've ever experinced every time!!
Thanks for taking the time to get it all down on the report! It is very well done!!
We really missed having ya at the Stumpjumpers Desert 100....just not the same with out ya there buddy!!
If all goes well.... we'll get to go back to Baja in 2009 and maybe....won't go broke doing it!!!
