19 inch front wheel on KTM 450 exc?

Will a 19 inch front wheel from the new 2013 1190 (or others) fit on my 2011 KTM 450 exc?

I doubt it, the 1190 is twin disc and suited to a heavier bike plus there may be differences in spindle diameters & disc mounting patterns & disc offset.

Would be cheaper to get a 19" rim laced to your stock hub or buy a used hub abd start from there.

Iv'e thought about it and asked a couple of the power sports dealers around me and they wont do it because "its dangerous". They said the spoke count is different and they'ed have to drill the hub and rim to match. Wait will the 1190 rim watch up with my current hub?
