Highbinder and I went to the CatHerders Campout II..
This was our first time to this event.. We missed last years...

It was in an area that we where familiar with as we use to live 80 Miles from there..

The campout was at a cool place... It use to be a ski resort way back when..
The old ski lift was still there .

Riders kept rolling in ....

Tents were all over the place.

There where banners...That said it all...

Friday night was BBQ Capri aka Martin....

ScottP was the man in charge with tending to Martin...
And what a fine job he did too...

HBN was there for support.. Showing the love!!

I even saw a future biker...

All kinds of lies where told around the bonfire...

I even spied some male bonding

It was a whole family of hosts but here are some main ones !!

Skippii showed up with a little horse..

Each morning was a meet & Greet

Heck we even had guard dogs

We rode around and visited a few old friends, while we were in the area...

Saturday afternoon brought some bike games...

I was told I couldn't play in the reindeer games...

So they made me The JUDGE !! Yeah baby !!!That's what I'm talking about !!!

Our home for the weekend..

Highbinder waits ... Hey that's a nice ride ya got there dear...

The bonfire was really nice on Sat night.. As it was a bit chilly..

Some just hung out in doors a few hours later

Everyone was so sad to see the campout come to an end..

edit: Ah! I just checked out the IBA website. It was very interesting. I'm starting to think about it. Could be a little hard on a 450, the bike as well as my butt.

You can do it on a 450 ...
I know a few folks the have done a ss1000 on 250 !!!

Riding steady is the main thing... Keep your stops smart.... ...And by all means enjoy the ride.....

Plus if you have never done 800 miles in the saddle .. Your fitness level might not be there yet... Just keep on riding ... Built your fitness up...

There is nothing like you~ your bike~the wind....

This week was bread baking ... We have stopped buying store bread for a few years now...

Here is a step by step on bread making.... Enjoy the pix....
All the breads I make/bake are WholeWheat Multi grain and Seeded breads..
Quinoa,Flax are whole seeds.. Plus many different types of grains...

This is what I made for our Super Bowl meal....

I made 2 pizza last night.. Don attacked one then..

The Pizza has Sauteed Onions,Portabella,peppers,carrots,my home made Pickled peppers,Spinach And fresh mozzarella cheese,my home made canned Sauce on a Whole Wheat flax seed dough..

Oh the other pizza will get more cheese on it when I reheat it...
I don't like to put a lot of cheese on it when I freeze them..
LOL I thought that one was use later on.. Silly me.. I just cut into the other one ...And I only had 3 slices total for the day ......Don loves HM pizza there is only a total of 6 slices left!! ya'll better hurry there isn't much left ...

The fruit salad has: TX.Red Grapefruit,Blood Oranges,Blueberries,Blackberries,oranges,Pineapple s,
Pomegranates,Red Dragon grapes,Papaya,Bananas,Starfruit...

The Brownies well, they are the healthiest ones you could ever eat...
They are made with blackbeans!! And OMG they are wonderful ..
Really good...Yes even Don likes them .. And that says alot....
If anyone would like the recipe just let me know...
I'm telling ya they are really good.....
