Touring South-West Australia/Bike rental

I've come to Perth for the holidays and to visit the family and am thinking of renting a bike and doing a small solo tour of the south-west coast (from Perth to Albany) but I'm having trouble finding a place to rent a bike (ideally a R1200GS), it seems like theres high demand during this time of year. Anyone know somewhere where they might have something available?

By the way, any recommendations on interesting places to visit, etc, would be welcome. My general idea is to go south to Margaret River, then on to Albany, but I don't really know what to visit on the way, guess I'll just improvise. If I had more time I'd like to go on to Adelaide or even Melbourne but unfortunately I don't have very long and have to be back by Christmas day (family dinner, etc).
