Well I planned on riding this weekend but had to work yesterday and too busy around the house today. I plan on riding next Saturday, weather permitting, so if anybody wants to meet up let me know. I will touch base again toward the end of the week.

My friends and I are thinking about going to Bethel riding area in MS this weekend. I got to call them and see if they are open first though. I'll post more details later.

Are the trails "one way only"? That's the only thing I worry about over there. Blind corners, tight trails, and four wheelers don't mix too well.

They have areas designated for motorcycles I think and the woods are very thin especially this time of year so i dont imagine it will be too bad, any way its better then what is around mobile. we might end up camping or something to make it real interesting.

Bethel ATV trails are one way loops. They have a north & south trail about 20 miles each. The motorcycle only loop is about 15 miles. It floods pretty bad so you have to call before you haul. Just be careful about leaves covering muddy corners. I tore my MCL riding Bethel & I wasn't trying to go fast.

Well, shit! I just found out that I have to work this weekend.

Bentrimz, if y'all park at the ATV trail head, then it's $5 to park. I've never camped there, but it's allowed. To find the motorcycle trail, you take the south ATV trail about halfway & you'll come to Bethel Rd. If you cross over Bethel road to that dirtroad, then the single track is on the right about 3ft into that rode. It will loop you back to the same intersection & you can jump back onto the south ATV trail. Personally, I prefer the ATV trails because you can get enough speed to stay cool. The single track is tight & slow.
