Looking for a mechanic in the Vienna, VA area

A fellow COG member just moved into the area and is looking for a good mechanic to work on his Connie. He didn't say if it was an earlier "C10" or one of the newer C14s.

Please PM me if you have anyone you might recommend. I'm sure a good dealership would also be fine.

TIA

We had a nice little dirt ride today. I'm tuckered out. I am much less daring than Chuck, Dan or Mike. Chuck was my stunt double on one ocaission to get the bike up the last bit to the top of the hill. Wish we had noticed the easy trail up first. I know michhub took lots of video of me going over obsticles to catch up to them. He never sseemed to have the camera when I fell over though.

Also, all reports to the contrary, the shinko 700 sucks off pavement.

Thanks for the help guys on those sections when I got stuck and for not laughing too hard.

Ahhhh. I'm on my phone. Maybe that was the post "title.". That bit doesn't seem to show up on here. Carry on. Nothing to see here..

Blasphemer!! You need to run trailwings on a ride like todays.. then you'll run home and hug your shinko 700. Mines half done and I'm already 100% on board with getting another.

If I had a dedicated street bike maybe I would feel different but for a do it all tire for your do it all bike, it's pretty durn good imo..

Yeah i had a lot of fun today. I came to Poe's geared up for a street ride with my trunk and gps etc.. but it was fun, glad we did that.

Dirt Ride

Jeremy, Dan and Mike ......

Thanks for letting me tag along today. I had a great time despite the water/mud nap I took. (I had to lay the bike down eventually). I went places today I would never take my 12GS.... on purpose. The little DRZ impressed me in every way and the MT21 tires get TWO THUMBS UP!!! Thanks for recommending them for me Mike.

Lets do it again soon.

Rode with the Richmond BMW Riders today. 24 Riders. 159 miles to the Long Way Around to Vinny's in Central Garage via all back twisty roads. My new Heidenau Scout was itching to find dirt but no dice with this group. Great day for a ride.
