It was the Lime Green one. Except black.
The inspection sticker said 3/11. I suspect the gent just bought it. I saw him pull off Quaker road to head home and he was stretching. He did say the bike was a bit fast for him! I asked him if his had all the electronic gizmos, and he said yes. That means Variable Traction Control, ABS, and Beemer Superiority Complex (BSC). ![]() Just a joke, people. Just a joke.

Well, to me, it was whisper quiet!
My old XS650, with 1978 stock pipes drowned him out. I imagine it sounds like other I-4s, as it has a standard crank configuration.

Last day for me here this week
Heading to Wild and Wonderful WV tomorrow morning for a weekend of riding and fun. Will be hitting the Maple Syrup Festival in Pickens..... and Rella's..... and The Hutte........ and The Custard Stand............. and who knows what else.
Was going to camp in the meadow in Helvetia, but a COG member from Johnstown, PA is having one of his Friends of Jason (F.O.J.) get togethers, centered out of Canaan Valley Resort. It's the Resort's 38th. Anniversary and room rates match, i.e., $38/night. Hard to pass that up. Now, to make it through the day.................... 2006 F.O.J. at Boyer Station: ![]() .

Ride safe, and have fun Guy. I'm heading out tomorrow for Graves Mountain Lodge in Madison Co. I'll be facilitating a leadership development workshop for some of our agency instructors. Since my two co-workers are carrying all of the equipment and support materials in a van and suburban, I'm taking the KLR. I've even found some twisty roads and some maintained gravel to make the ride more interesting.

http://helvetiawv.com/ Out of courtesy, I have always called the Hutte and ask Ms. Eleanor permission first. She has never denied my request. I also try to get over there early enough to grab their last meal of the day before setting up my tent. Unfortunately, I am usually gone in the a.m. before they open for breakfast. .

![]() I'm sure Skippii could weld you a rack I've seen him load some crazy stuff on his bikes onto rebar racks You could see if anyone going could bring it for you or perhaps make a trip up with the supplies then return on the KLR? FOXedupONE is not far away if you need a place to keep them temporarily.
