Holding off on replacing my chain until this weekend. It gives e incentive to study for my next certification exam. I am thinking of ordering the chain rivetting tool tonight though with hopes of having it Fri or Sat.

I love working for the big goverment. I get Monday off. This time of year has the most federal holidays.

P.S. The wife is doin much better. Thanks everyone who talked to the big guy for us.

What kind of tool do you need? I have the Motion Pro tool, spare pins, and an angle grinder.

And, I got two cert exams next week. I oughta study, too, right?

I ordered the motion pro tool myself in the end. it should be here Friday. I already have 2 dremel tools(I have no idea why I own 2). I plan on putting on the new chain, Saturday morning after taking the Cisco 642-446 CIPT1 exam. That way if I pass, I get a celebratory ride, and if I fail, I get some therapy.

Thanks to everyone who offered to let me borrow one. Not that I don't like yall yffs but I have serious doubts to being able to catch up with any of you during the prime riding season we have now. The weather is just perfect, not too hot, and not cold.

I don't think I could deal with two exams like that in a week. So far I have read about 400 pages of material this week after having previously watched about 25 hours of vids on the subject matter. Somehow there seems to be a bunch of minutiae involved that I just don't see on the daily basis managing the Cisco IP telephone systems.

Weekend Ride

Hey guys...
Any events going on this weekend? I hear the weather is going to be awesome. I could use a good overnight on the GS.

The debris field is history..

Now taking up residence in one of Chesterfields wonderful landfills.

Took me almost 3 hours to unload the trailer.

In to take a shower, final pack, and we're off to Natural Bridge.

Guy,

Sitting here waiting on the County Inspector to come do the electrical inspection on my garage. Then I wait on the power company... Sound familiar?

Yup. Glad all of that is behind me.

They did my framing and electrical at one shot, then contacted Dom allowing them to run the line and plug in the meter. Once the place was electrified the County came back for the final final. Dinged me on the man door stairs 'cause the railing wasn't high enough, but let it go 'cause it wasn't a residence.

Wx is actually pretty decent over here in Natural Bridge. Very comfortable.

Well... I waited all day and the guy never showed. Finally got him on the phone around 4. He tells me he has no record of an inspection today, then finds it written down for Saturday. They don't work Saturdays...

He'll be here at 7:30am tomorrow. I'm going to push him for a final now, before DOM does there thing.

Damn. Glad I built mine out here in the counties. I just gave the guy a Bud Lite and all was cool, fast, and on time.
