Simple question-exhaust nut wrench tool

So will the exhaust nut wrench that I used on my 1976 R75/6 work on a 1994 RT as well? I know Im wasting your time with such a simple question but neither local shop seemed sure today.

They both take the same wrench, despite the /6's longer fins.

Can you tell us where those locals shops are so we can steer clear of them??

It was more of a matter of the shop service dudes not being there on monday,Ozzies in Chico is pretty on top of it with Airheads.
