Hello Kurt, I am using Wilbers shock with Markus tank (conti version). I don't have the model with the extra reservoir, but because it is remote, I think you won't face any problems. Even with out it, I am very satisfied. I think it costs around 400-450 euros. With the reservoir 200-300 more..

I bought a spare conti shock to use with my conti tank. Its good to know there is an option for a Wilburs that will fit the Markus Conti tank!

Hello again

with a little delay I'm back!
Yes I still produce the tanks, and sell them directly to customers or to AQ or Holan.pl

If any one have questions.......

Kind regards from Garmisch-Partenkirchen the place of the BMW-Bikermeeting

Markus tank vs. Rear wheel

I have just mounted Markus tank (Ohlins version), and I would like to ask guys -who have this tank too- , if is there enough space for rear wheel, when you are jumping hard...? Like this:

Yes with the stock wheel and a Dulop d606. I just mounted an 18" wheel with the D908, I'm a bit concerned about that one. We will see.

Hi Friends,

Any news out there about the best (current) aftermarket shock that's compatible with the Markus Conti tank?

...is there a "race grade" shock with a remote reservoir?

Thank you,

Kurt

the Conti model tank was the one with major space for the rear shock.
Conti is quiet large.

Anyone of conventional shock them can be used.

Not sure Mupo will fit with the tank
