if there's no side to side movement in your wheel, I would just pull the bearing, repack it, and put it back in.

no movement. you can repack them? Just pry it open, clean and regrease? Thought sealed ones have to be replaced

oh yeah you know what, i completely forgot they were sealed. the last bearings I did on my bike were steering head and they're open. and last night at work we were doing jet engine bearings and they're open too. sorry...just had those on the brain.

but yeah i'd just replace then, they're pretty cheap.

Hey guys,

I hate to keep preaching Cycle World stuff but there may be some money to be saved for some of you so its worth posting. We're doing a big customer appreciation event on Saturday March 16th titled Hot Winter Nights. Its from 11AM-7PM and we'll be offering free food, drinks, big discounts on parts/accessories, sale prices on all new and used bikes with free extended warranties, raffles for free prizes and will be awarding a gift certificate to the "best customized bike".

If youre looking for a tire and install I'd highly recommend coming by at this time. We have a huge stock of tires and they are selling them at internet prices. Street, dirt, and dual sport tires are in stock.

Stop on by and check it out. Ill be there from 11 until about 3PM.

Anyone know of an inexpensive internet option? I am currently paying way too much for internet + tv, and I would like to get just internet.

Not sure who's service area you are in but Cox will provide internet service without you having TV service with them.

Yeah, i know about them. Their cheapest option is $40 a month for 3mbs/sec. Just checking to see if anybody know of a decent option.

Between Cox and Verizon we all get ripped off.

Get an iPad and go to McDonald's.

Yes Cox and Verizon take it all. I want to get an antenna for TV and then just use the smart phone.

We dropped cable TV around a year ago and just went with an antenna... We miss cable occasionally but not enough to want to pay the man to get it back.

I am trying to get the family do get rid of pay tv and just go to an HD antennae, Netflix and a Roku box. The wife isn't going along. The kids and I would be fine.

We have direct tv, a big benefit there is that I have a dish at the trailer too. I can take a box with me and have tv in both places. Nice for rainy days when we are stuck inside a 30x8 box.

Any locals wanting to move up to an 18" rear on their DR650? Better tire choices.

I'm getting ready to put it on the FM.

It works great but with a bum leg, shock rebuild that raised my bike higher than stock and a Russel seat, I am looking to lose some height. Putting my 17" back on.
