*sigh*

Well, I'm out for anything Saturday. Once again, we have a project that's had a signed contract for 3 months, and don't get the field work done until today. It's due Monday, and the work didn't come in until this afternoon.

Sooooo, instead of meeting up with you guys at this epic Jeb's place, and enjoying some comradery, some shenanigans, and quite possibly... maybe... a bit of a ruckus... I'll be working, trying to catch up and complete work due to someone elses lack of organization.

They are made by bagman, quality seems to be really good, but they are a few years old.

I'll be at Jeb's around 0730, appreciate a call when you take off it you don't mind.

Sorry about the scheduling ASCS, but a job is a good thing these days. Plenty of cold, nasty riding time left...

We got New Years Day ride to start thinking abooot.

Called Velocity today to make sure I can take one of the Urals out in snow and rain - they answered "they do real well in snow". What a shop!

Just lubed the chain, and in a bit I will blow up the tires a little, once they cool down. Thought about going for the tag, but I'm in for the night. Gotta do a temporary wiring job inside the jacket I will wear tomorrow for my heated gloves - my Motoport gear won't ship until Monday, then I can do a more permanent wire job to the thermal liner.

Did you take a look at their web site and the snow videos? See the snow games.

OK, just took another look at the weather! Whoo-hoo. I think I'm fixin to adjust my wardrope for tomorrow. Once we get up, we will be experiencing the high for the day!!! Temps will be close to freezing shortly after sunset, so we should be OK for a couple of hours after dark.

I'm in for tomorrow, I haven't had a cold miserable ride since March. I'll be at Jeb's at 7:30.

Bringing Guy's address, we won't be far from his place. Maybe we should drop off a meal, flowers or something from the Hampton Roads Clan. Don't want to stop and impose but would still like to offer some support.

I've only met Guy a few times and Connor only once... good people and because of adv rider it feels like family.

+1 to that, Brian. I think flowers are in order. We should be able to grab some in Richmond.

I'm looking forward to being the Ballast for the testing call me the overgrown Monkey.

It's shaping up to be a real KLR day. I'm ready. No snow accumulation or sleet forcast. Just your average Alaskan day
