I found it by doing some obscure googling, but I didn't find anything online that really proves it exists and/or is still open. Only one way to find out I guess!

KOA has good standards so it's probably nicer now and I hope under new ownership. Gives you more amenities.

Yes anticipation is sweet.

I'm packing the Sportster tonight for a ride to Roanoke tomorrow. My company is putting on a benefit ride for a co-worker who had a stroke and was forced to retire on disability. For me it's a great excuse for a long ride.
Weather does indeed look good for a run out there .

Enjoy!

Weather is looking perfect, enjoy your weekend everyone!

Paracord and rope for hanging hammock and tarps, and maybe for buddy tow. Also could be handy if I need to tie an unruly camper to a tree.

The Heet is cooking fuel.

I need to learn how to camp. Well... I need camping gear too. Figure it's a good thing to learn. I hear there's not many Motel 6's between Vancouver and Prudhoe Bay.

Not a big shortage of places to stay but they are very expensive. You can't camp at Prudhoe, My "room" was $200 maybe? I was so wet and cold though it was worth every penny.

Every where else there are great places to camp cheap.

They guy at the garage said thats what they are buying now..no more Nighthawks, and that they already sent one down there. It doesn't s'prise me that Gallagher (who is soooo knowledgeable about motorcycles...........NOT) thinks it needs a "Special Moto course"

Education and training are certainly evil in every way, shape, and form. No matter what the task. Mostly because everyone already knows everything.

Were any of you near Aroma's/Blue Talon in Williamsburg yesterday afternoon around 1:00pm? Someone with a fancy and very clean GS was parked next to the Duc when I went to go back to work. Just curious.

The issues that pertain to the management of the 2nd Police Precinct are many and sorted. None of which have business in this forum, thus, I shall not go into them. Education, is not one of them.
That is all.

April showers bring May flowers. From Freedom Park. Have not been there for years. Awesome trails. Human powered only though.
