Their site says the main course is big bike 2 up friendly. I was thinking of riding up with the wife. Even if the course didn't pan out the random street riding out there is amazing.

heard about this at the shen500. A few of us were talking about going but not sure yet,,we were also discussing the hammer run or the pine barrens. But it does sound fun.

Located about 10-15 miles outside of Blacksburg.

They have 3 different courses. Apparently, from mild to wild.

Looks like fun.

Looks awesome but cannot make this one.

Depending on how long our outage runs I may try to make the Hammer. Anybody remember the dates for it?

Found the website for the Hammer Run

http://www.usdualsports.com/2012/07/...ual-sport.html

Looks like some pretty entertaining single track. Unfortunately I will still be making dirty outage money this weekend........

Awesome video man. Sucks it just hasn't worked out for me to go ride with you guys this year (gimpin' the George was still awesome though).

My oldest boy took his first actual bicycle ride today. We went about a half mile down to Wendys for dinner. Building up my riding buddy one step at a time.

Another great video Matt, I hope you don't mind that I posted it on the Cat Herder thread.

BTW, you have any idea why my pants keep falling down?

Great video Matt (and Nick). Sacrificing the bike and body was almost worth the opening scene. I really need to get my back fixed. Not much fun riding when you're constantly worried about causing further damage. I've had multiple injections and RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation - basically cotterizing the nerves). The next step (if it doesn't get better) will be surgery to fuse vertibrae. Damn it sucks being old!
