I have a GPR V-1 with post for an RFS bike I am going to get rid of for $200. Doesn't have a bar mount but GPR has em. Thought I could put it on my 950 but there is not a mount available that will work with the V1. If anybody is looking for one? Will work on a bunch of bikes.............just not my 950...dammit!

Hey Ken, your facility got a good write up in the paper last week, I'm sure you saw it.

Thanks for helping to keep our lights on and us not glowing!

Safest environment I have ever worked in. We have started doing our yearly open houses again where we can bring people in and tour the plant. Will let you folks know when we do it again, in case you are interested in checking it out. The amount of equipment involved in keeping those lights on is pretty impressive.

Thanks

All,
I wanted to say thank to all of you for all the support you have shown to me since my accident. Biker128pedal bought my DR650 that I wrecked on, and today, I sold my Vstrom to a guy from Florida. YAY!
Its been YEARS since I have not owned a bike, but that just gives me more time to do other things that I might enjoy.

My recovery is going very well.
I just wanted to give you all an update.
Thanks again!

Shannon

Kayaks

Hey, I have a few kayaks. Where do you guys like to paddle? (Geographically, not anatomically - get your heads outta the gutter!)

On another note, I hope this isn't any of you!

On the way home from work on the 990 I took a little detour into a local riding spot and came across it. No one around... must be out assembling the recovery squad!

You're doing good man. Good to see you today. Sorry I could not make it sooner to see if the buyer is Vstrom worthy. From what you said he is.

I have a 17 foot Grumman aluminum canoe. I'll clean it up and we can take it out for a spin. It is not as fast as a kayak but good for a start.

Unofficial gymkhana meet Sunday 4pm in Newport News.

Location is near here: http://goo.gl/maps/5PAhp

I'll set a few courses of varying difficulty. Speeds are low for safety, but you will be challenged. You will break a sweat. Highly unlikely that anyone will drop a bike.

PM me for details and location. We'll wrap up by 6pm-ish.

Some more gymkhana info:

"Just in case if you are not familiar with what it is, its basically an obstacle course, very similar to Cop's rodeos but done on any bike and with A LOT more speed. I like to compare it as what go-carting is to formula one, so is gymkhana is to GP. Seems it originated in Japan. Lots of videos of it on YouTube, but your best bet is to actually translate Gymkhana into Japanese and post that into a search. Adding "Dunlop" also helps, as they are a big sponsor over there."

So is this ideal for a Honda Grom? Zipping around.

A note on that. J could not find the Grom on the Honda site. It was not a scooter, street bike or dual sport. They must have disowned it.
