No sorry...have a 14 yo daughter that just got rid of a Yamaha & KTM and needs to get back riding...she wants to start on the street but I figure in the mountains on the fire trails & dirt roads that will be a good starter. It will slow her down a little bit also.

I got pulled over by a State Trooper in an unmarked car right at the 64/264 interchange the week before Thanksgiving. I passed him going 72 in a 55 on the 919. He hit the lights and pulled me over, ran my license and registration. When he got back out of his car he commented on my 2 speeding tickets in the last 4 years and then he let me go with a warning! So not all cops are bad.

Probably because he knows that any of us on either 264 or 64 already hate life as it is, no tickets are needed to remind us how much this area sucks.

I've had a few warnings myself, but not usually by troopers.

So after a shit day at work I get home to find my racks had arrived! Grabbed a beer put them on, and got the panniers on.. I did have to move the top 2 fasteners but nothing that can't be fixed,, going to take a good ride this weekend in some direction to try them out. Then ill get them refinished next week.

I was eyeing the Richmond Commuter tag last night. It's 125 miles from the house!!!

Back a few years ago this game was intense, it was dog-eat-dog. Now that I'm back on shore duty it's time to "stoke" the fire. Get it, stoke............ I'll be here all night!
