Breakdown of Dam Neck experiences by bike brand.

Yamaha - indestructible. This bike will never be harmed. However whoever rides these things will be filled with the stupid and repeatedly flip or crash the bike. Dual sport version capable of breaking speed limit in school zones.

Kawasaki - 2 strokes work great, but randomly throw their riders at trees. Dualsport versions will either catch fire or inspire phobia of riding over logs. KLR: dispels all delusions of "off-road" capability after deadlifting the sleeping elephant for the 30th time.

Honda - Attracts 2 types: 1. Guy who is obsessed with filming your crash 2. Guy who rides it once, then takes it apart so it cannot be ridden again.

Suzuki - ninja bike; almost never spotted. Attracts thieves like cake attracts fat girls.

BMW - shows up once; never comes back after failing to locate starbucks.

KTM - 990: likes dam neck so much that bike refuses to leave trail. PROTIP: strap a TW200 on rear rack to drag big katoom back out to street. 530 or smaller: enjoys using the "whiskey throttle" to throw its rider at trees and tries to land on its rider. Bends lots of expensive "hard parts" in process.

Husky - often seen sulking trailside while being repeatedly left-kicked by Sasquatch's half-brother.

Well I've gotten some work done over the last few days. All the painting is done, laid down first bead of caulk around the shower, the crown is up, light fixtures in, new outlet and switches are also in. Need to start tiling today.

Scorpion EXO 900

Anyone with a big head need a helmet. I have a XXL Scorpion EXO 900 for sale. It is a flip up modular helmet with flip down sun shield and a fancy pump adjust fit. They sell for about $250. This was worn twice by my dad. It is too big. It is like new. I am going to post it on the Fleamarket for $100 plus shipping. Real good deal to a local sell or interesting trade. PM me. I am in Gloucester so will also post on RIchmond.

The V shaped pad is from some other unknown helmet.

Wouldn't disagree the KLR needs some major tweaking to ride there. But still fun ;)

I'm very proud of the fact that I've never set foot in a Starbucks! I only over pay for motorcycles, not beverages.
