Something along those lines Andrew, but no passenger capacity. Wedge shaped at the front, and the same width all the way through.

Just looked on the Transport SA site, and overall width in SA is 1.85mtrs
for a sidecar rig. So, sounds like that is a universal width.Do a search in Yahoo, type in sidecars, and it comes up on the 1st page. pdf file.

Sidecar-rigs before 1995 may even have a width up to 2.55 m. Since the change in 1995 was brought in because of European law, I assume it's for all European countries the same. Richard-NL

http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=358193 "Sidecars existed for decades without any interference in Australia until idiots like you turned up." Sorry but your the one sprouting all the rules. We just want to ride. until idiots like you turned up. I assume you mean nOOb.Sorry fella (or lady in case I'm wrong, sorry no profile and I don't want to insult anyone, oppozit sex maybe?),I had a sidecar over 16 years ago If I worked for the RTA or the Police, you'd be reading a "bluey" notice wondering how to take 200 mm off your outfit! But since you've proven yourself to be such a "dickhead" one of the RTA or Police persons on this board will probably send you a "bluey" anyway. My 10 y.o. son will thank you for that I'm sure. Definately a grumpy old retired insurance salesman .Conversation over.
