colorado in august

looking for 2-4 good riders to join me in a colorado trip 7 days, 6 days o ridding with a rest day/laundry in the middle, experience riders only and self eficient in change their own flat tires probably 150-200 miles days, rocky technical 2 tracks and dirt roads 20-35 passes on the way ,from durango to buena vista .I you no me you no be hard ,if you don't no me just come and ride with me for a weekend to see the type o ridding you will be put tru for days .I have 3 total now ,i want to have a group o 5-7 for be confortable to split in groups if is problem's

what bike are you taking? the 640 sounds a little stout for this one,are the loops too long for a ktm 300?

640 be fine ,i taking the 525 ,the 300 is ok if we want to do a diferent trip

this summer i have a few options on trips......

one would be TAT.
the other will be MEX2CAN.

this trip sounds like a blast.

went you want to do the tat trail ,i can arrenge so we can get a lift to trinidad colorado and go to oregon ,im game for that

Im in. I will probably have a EXC by then, so might take that. Decided to keep the Dakar and get something a little smaller and more nimble.

that sounds like it could work.

the eastern part of TAT is flat and looks boring, but then there's the part of me that wants to just do it to do it.
Atlantic to Pacific all dirt is kind of has a good ring to it.
i would do a TRUE TAT and start in North Carolina on the coast and work my way to the original start in Tennessee.

no is to flat and boring after tenesse,the best part ie from trinidad to oregon ,to manny god places to ride for waist you time with flat land ,you can do montana o wyoming
